A beautifully executed 1912 watercolour painting of the London and South Western Express belonging to the London and South Western Railway (LSWR).
The company existed from 1838 to 1922 and became famous for its Express Locomotives from London to Bournemouth, Devon and Cornwall.
In 1923 the LSWR was amalgamated with other Railways into the Southern Railway.
